Membership is open to all customers. By joining, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
Your membership card is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your Member ID and password confidential. Report any unauthorised use to staff immediately.
Points are awarded on eligible purchases at the prevailing rate set by us. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. Bonus point promotions may be offered at the establishment's discretion.
Accumulated points may be redeemed for discounts on future purchases subject to a minimum threshold. Redemption requires verification of your membership password at the time of order. Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
Points that remain unused for the period specified by us from the date of the last qualifying transaction may be forfeited. We reserve the right to modify the expiry policy with reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a membership account if it is found to be used fraudulently, inactive as per clause 5 above, or in breach of these terms. Forfeited points will not be reinstated.
Personal data collected during registration is used solely to manage your membership and to improve your experience. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
We may amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the membership after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Current terms are always available on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
